Ulrike Kerner - Design Consultant
 Ulrike Kerner was born in Austria into a family with a long history of construction. While in Austria, Ulrike graduated from Design school in 1976. She began working in Austria and moved to Berlin with her husband (Michael Kerner) in 1980.
Ulrike assisted Michael in his Architectural company located in Berlin, Germany. In 1998 she relocated to Naples, Florida and opened IAK Florida Design, LLC in 2000.
Ulrike has designed a variety of styles for residential homes and condominiums in Lely Resort, Fiddlers Creek (was featured in Home & Design magazine), Marco Island, Pelican Bay, Bonita Springs, Naples and Ft. Myers Beach. She has also designed Model homes for the builders in Marco Island and Lely Resort.
Ulrike is dedicated to working with the Client, Architect, General Contractors and as well as Sub-contractors to provide a pleasant and stress free experience for the Client throughout the entire process.
Ulrike has many years of experience and can create "YOUR" style for your home.
